Jeff Clark began tattooing in 2009 in Brooklyn, NY. In 2016 He moved back to Maine, where he grew up and opened Scorpio Rising Tattoo in 2021. Specializing in Illustrative, Fineline, Black and Grey, and Realism, Jeff also enjoys working in stippling and etching styles. He enjoys working with a diverse range of subjects, including animal portraits, insects, nature scenes, botanicals and portraiture. Highly regarded for his crisp linework and meticulous attention to detail, Scorpio Rising is an excellent choice for your next project.

What Is Your PricingSmall Tattoos taking around an hour are between $150-200
Medium Palm Sized Tattoos taking 2-3 hours are $350-500
I have a day rate of $600 for about 4 hours for Large and Multi-session pieces
I am always happy to provide a quote before the deposit and an exact price once we finalize the design.
Where are you Located
I am located at 615 Congress St, Suite 401, in the Congress Street Building—the same building as the State Theatre and many local shops.
The entrance is located slightly to the left of the State Theatre. After entering the lobby, take the elevator to the fourth floor. When you exit the elevator, take a right, and you will see my studio at the end of the hall in Suite 401.
